VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL COORDINATION AND INTEGRATION POINTS

Vertical Integration Points
As seen in the organizational chart, the organizational levels are under the management of each other in a gradual way from top to bottom. In our institution, vertical (hierarchical) and horizontal management styles are used. The organizational structure of our center is specified in the KKU.YD.01 Organization Chart.

Horizontal Integration Points
Duties are taken into consideration in the horizontal integration. There is no rigid hierarchy as in vertical organization. The important thing is to perform the task effectively. In this type of organization, orders can be taken not from a superior, but from the relevant people according to the requirements of the work.

At horizontal integration points, a division of labor is ensured by the teamwork of nurses/technicians and other personnel, authorities and responsibilities are determined and the responsibilities arising from them are taken into account.
