He was born in 1961 in İnönü. After his primary and secondary education, he studied at Kuleli Military High School between 1975-79. He passed the exams of Gülhane Military Medical Faculty in 1980 and continued his medical education there until 1987. He completed his remaining education at Anadolu University Faculty of Medicine (later Osmangazi Faculty of Medicine) in Eskişehir at that time. He was appointed to Karamürsel State Hospital, having completed his two-year obligatory service in Diyarbakır-Silvan. In 1998, he established and started operating the Yaşam Dialysis Center on the ground floor of an apartment on Eskişehir Vatan Caddesi with five partners. In 2002, it established a partnership with Eczacıbaşı-Baxter and continued its services as RTS Yaşam Dialysis Center. The headquarters moved to its current building in 2004. As a result of Baxter's withdrawal from Turkey, it purchased the Yaşam Dialysis Center and continues its dialysis service with the same corporate identity.
